As we’ve already discussed, a high quality latex mattress will last years and require minimal maintenance, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t expect a guarantee from your manufacturer or supplier. An experienced, knowledgeable manufacturer and supplier should have complete confidence in their products and have no problem offering you a guarantee of 5-15 years. Even if you never need to take advantage of it (and with a latex mattress, it’s unlikely that you will), it’s just an extra level of security and peace of mind. 

We take this principle further and allow a trial period of fourteen days for all our mattresses, so customers can experience the benefits first-hand before they decide once and for all whether a latex mattress is right for them. This also means that if you aren’t quite sure what you prefer in terms of your mattress’s density etc., you’ll get a chance to consider your options and be certain that what you’re buying is the right choice for you.

We don’t charge for this service, but it’s proven to be more than worth it over the years, as we very rarely get returns from our customers.
