FAQ
1. Q. What type of latex do you use in your products?
A. We use different types of latex in the different products- 100% natural organic latex, natural latex, blended- natural and synthetic latex, as well as Dunlop and Talalay latex. For more information please read our website or contact our customer service who will be happy to help you.
2. Q. Are your mattresses the same as Dunlopillo?
A. No. Dunlopillo is one of the leading brands and their mattresses are made with Dunlop latex. However, we use the same latex supplier for some of our collections. You can be re-assured the quality of our mattresses is as good as Dunlopillo’s.We also sell the entire range of Dunlopillo mattresses, pillows and beds.
3. Q. Why are your prices much lower than your competitors?
A. We manufacture all our products ourselves and sell only direct to the public. We do not have huge overheads, fancy showrooms and do not run expensive advertising campaigns. This enables us to cut out all middle men and pass on massive savings to our customers. In fact, our products are up to 50% cheaper than the high street.
4. Q. How do I choose the firmness of my new mattress?
A. The popular belief that a firm bed is good for your back is not necessarily true. The choice of tension is related with your body weight, sleeping position and personal preference. Soft beds are suitable for very light people who enjoy sinking into the bed; Medium mattresses are recommended for people with body weight up to 90kg (15 stone), heavier people should opt for a firm feel as they need more support. Side sleepers will find a medium mattress more comfortable, while front and back sleepers sleep better on firmer mattresses. It is important to find the right level of comfort and support for you. If you are unsure, please contact our sleep experts and they will be happy to advise you further.
5. Q. Do you make bespoke size mattresses?
A. We can make our mattresses and toppers in any shape and size. Bespoke products are made to order, delivery takes longer and they cannot be exchanged or returned.

A. Yes. We can make the king, euro king and super king size mattresses with two sides with different firmness. Please contact us for further details.

If you request a return, we will arrange collection and will issue full refund. If you request an exchange, you then have another 50 nights to try out the second mattress. If you are stil not completely satisfied you can send the replacement back for a full refund. All exchanges and returns are free of charge. For a refund, you have 50 days form receipt of your mattress. The trial period for toppers is 30 nights. Pillows can be returned within 30 days providing they are unsealed in the original packaging and have not been used. Dunlopillo mattresses are excluded from the 50 nights mattress trial.
8. Q. I suffer from allergies, can latex cause an allergic reaction? Does latex off gas any fumes?
A. Latex is naturally anti-allergenic, anti-bacterial and anti-dust mite. You can be allergic to latex gloves for example, however, it s is very unlikely the latex used in mattresses to cause an allergic reaction, however if you have a latex allergy you should exercise caution. During manufacturing latex is vulcanized at a temperature of more than 110 degrees for about 45 minutes and this process kills all potential allergens. Unlike memory and polyurethane foams which are made from chemicals, latex does not off-gas any harmful fumes. You may notice some rubbery smell which gradually goes away after airing.
9. Q. What type of bed base do you recommend for your latex mattresses?
A. You can use your new mattress on any quality base in good condition. The mattress will feel firmer if used on solid platform top divan compared if you place it on a slatted base. A sprung slatted base will enhance the mattress’ performance. The gaps between the slats should be between 5cm and 7.5cm ( 2- 3 inches).
