- Price match can only be provided on current prices, and excludes shop damaged goods, shopfloor models, second hand and discontinued goods and excludes auction websites.

To benefit from our Price Match Promise you need to:

1. Contact us, either by telephone on 0208 450 7662 or by emailing sales@latexsense.co.uk, prior to ordering to inform us of your price match request. If you are contacting us via email, please include a link to the cheaper product.

2. All price match requests and any approvals that are made must take place before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any price match requests after you have placed your order.

3. Once the price match has been approved, it is valid for a period of 24 hours in which you can place your order.
